At United Lending, we are currently expanding our Loan Officer team in Florida. We are looking for Mortgage Loan Originators that want to be part of their community and are dedicated to the customer experience.

In this role, the Loan Officer is responsible for developing referral relationships among the professional community including realtors, homebuilders, accountants, attorneys, home improvement contractors, other lenders, credit unions, and community development agencies. The loan officer is responsible for:

• Developing a specific and targeted client base.
• Facilitation individual applications while acting as a liaison between processing, Underwriting, closing, and the borrower.
• Distributing daily rates and programs to clients
• Preparing clients for the application process and the standards required through UNITED LENDING Policies and procedures prior to the application interview.
• Assuring all applications are submitted in accordance with Compliance and UNITED LENDING internal policies and procedures.
• Communication accurate lock-in interest rates with borrower, company, and investor/secondary marketing.
• Performing weekly status checks on all pipelines in process and reporting progress to all interested parties.
• Continuously updating program specifications to maintain guidelines as current.
• Participating in coordinating closings/settlements with borrowers/agents/title-escrow companies.

No Experience is needed, UNITED LENDING offers free training to the new licensees and also will assist the MLO during the loan process from the start to closing. 

No Experience is Required. 

• Pursuing or possessing an active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License. 
• Highly proficient in organizational, project, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills required
• the ability to work in a truly entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment is a necessity
• All MLOs will be required to register as MLOs complying with the SAFE ACT.
